Randall A. Lenz is an Atlanta based attorney holding licenses and degrees in securities, real estate and insurance. Mr. Lenz graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance and then from the University of Miami School of Law. His career includes employment as a registered securities principal with a national investment firm, as a senior tax accountant with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and as an attorney with a large regional Atlanta law firm. Currently, Mr. Lenz specializes in all matters of taxation, IRS representation, estate planning and administration, executor and trustee services, business formation and operation, real estate and business sales, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and investment counseling. Representative clients include closely held businesses and their owners, corporate executives, independent professionals and estates and trusts. In addition to his business pursuits, Mr. Lenz is active with several local religious and charitable organizations and has traveled and studied in the former Soviet Union. |
